The Mantra is a revered and ancient Vedic chant that holds significant spiritual and psychological benefits in Hindu tradition. Chanting the Gayatri Mantra, OM Mantra, Mahamrityunjaya Mantra any other mantras. is believed to bring clarity of thought, spiritual growth, and inner peace. While its benefits can be understood both spiritually and scientifically, they tend to impact individuals on multiple levels—mental, emotional, and even physical. Disable students often face unique mental health challenges, including. Social Isolation Difficulty forming relationships can lead to feelings of loneliness and depression. Stigma and Discrimination Experiencing negative attitudes can impact self-esteem and lead to anxiety. disability can create stress and feelings of inadequacy, particularly in academic settings. Access to Support Limited resources for mental health support may exacerbate feelings of frustration and helplessness. Student with disabilities might feel pressure to work harder than their peers to "prove" themselves, leading to mental and physical exhaustion or burnout. Chronic pain, fatigue, or medical conditions associated with certain disabilities can also contribute to mental fatigue, compounding stress. Disabled students may grapple with the way they see themselves versus how society perceives them, which can cause confusion or distress about their identity. This struggle can be particularly prominent in adolescence when identity formation is crucial. Some students may feel a deep sense of hopelessness, particularly if they face ongoing challenges with their disability, discrimination, or lack of support. This can lead to suicidal thoughts or ideation. A review of the research based on Mantra has been attempted. A narrative review was carried out on the previous studies done on the selected topic from all the available sources of classical texts as well as online publications. The material hence collected was analysis and presented under results.
